Sally Longo has been the chef/owner
of Aunt Sally’s Catering, a renowned local catering company
in the Adirondacks, for eighteen years.
She is the host and
associate producer of the popular regional cooking show "Dinner
at 8". Sally has also done “Sixty Second Helpings”
for WNCE News and conducts cooking classes. She has also published
many food and catering related articles.
